As ever, the safety and health of our team members and customers is of the utmost importance. We definitely take the current health environment very seriously even as we provide cookie comfort.

We are following all known best practices from health authorities, and are monitoring all direction carefully, updating as necessary.

We have stepped up our already rigorous cleaning and sanitization measures and have instituted even more rigorous hand-washing procedures.

Perhaps most importantly, we have renewed our commitment to ensuring our team members don’t work when they feel ill, and have reviewed and updated our paid sick time policy to ensure our passionate, dedicated and amazing team has the appropriate level of support in the event they need it. 

Please — help us help you by washing your hands frequently, using sanitizer when washing isn’t an immediate option, and staying home if you’re under the weather as well. We will happily accommodate any cravings by shipping cookies via this website or via our friends at Grow Cart or Market Wagon for delivery. they have published directions for “No Contact Delivery” too.

We’ve always believed baked goods can be a great comfort in times of uncertainty. We are open, baking and ready with a slightly more distant smile and your favorite treats.

Simply choose which bakery item(s) you would like to order and fill out the form on the associated page. If you are ordering different items, you will need to fill out a form for each item.

Once submitted, a Cannabis Concierge™ will promptly reply to confirm your order and take payment.

For orders placed after 6pm EST, Monday-Friday, we will contact you the following business day.

In order for our safety (and yours), we have decided to batch all bakery deliveries to Thursday as a way to minimize our exposure and risk.

All orders will need to be submitted by 6pm EST on Tuesday for delivery on Thursday of that week. Any order after that day, will be batched in the following week’s order.

We bake our menu fresh to order, so they will be baked and shipped out fresh. Allow 1-2 business days for order processing until your cookies are shipped. For orders of 2 dozen or less, we ship USPS Priority Mail which takes 1-3 days for delivery. For orders more than 2 dozen, we ship via FedEx Ground which takes 4-5 business days for delivery. Our cookies vary in size because of the difference in dough or ingredients. They are 2.5-3” in diameter, 1.5” in height, and 2 ounces of deliciousness!

In order to ensure freshness, your cookies are packaged moments after they come out of the oven. Shortly after, they are nestled in a soft bed of crinkle paper to protect them during shipping. We include a flavor menu card to help identify the cookies. All of your cookies arrive in our customized Elevate boxes. We treat all orders as gifts, so there is no pricing or receipt information included.

Our cookies are packaged within hours of coming out of the oven, and will always ship within 24 hours of baking. We take pride in creating only the freshest and highest quality cookies for our customers, and that is why each dough and cookie is created to order.

You may pay for your order with any of the following payment methods: VISA, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

You can expect your cookies to taste fresh-out-of-the-oven for up to two weeks if kept in their packaging and out of the sun. To extend the freshness, you can freeze your cookies. They can remain frozen in an airtight bag or container for up to 3 months. Thaw at room temperature or use the defrost setting in the microwave and they will taste as fresh as the day you froze it.

Our primary goal is to deliver you the ultimate cookie experience, and we 100% guarantee your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with any part of your Elevate order, PLEASE e-mail us directly at info@growcart.delivery. If we are unable to solve the problem to your satisfaction we will provide you with a full refund of your cookie purchase.

We have taken every precaution to protect your billing information and any private information. We do not store any credit card information, and NMI securely underwrites all transactions.
